Video Consultation
Our video consultations are an easy and convenient way for you to access our GPs for help at a time, and in a place that suits you.
However, video consultations may not be appropriate in some circumstances and patient safety is our utmost priority.
Please read the information below to establish if a video consultation meets our required criteria.
DO NOT BOOK VIDEO CONSULTATION:
- Problem will likely require a physical examination. Pain, lumps, possible infections are examples of conditions that we would like to see you for as a face to face consultation.
- Problem requires immediate or urgent medial assessment and treatment or is potentially life-threatening. Conditions such as suspected sepsis, a possible heart attack or stroke. If this is the case, you should go straight to your nearest A&E
If you are unsure if a video consultation is appropriate for you, please do discuss with our receptionist or email us with your query and we can help you decide.
BOOK A VIDEO CONSULTATION:
- Your problem can be managed over a video consultation

If during the consultation, we feel it would be better to see you in person we will arrange this for a time that suits you. A link for the video consultation will be emailed for the appointment.
