Video Consultation

Our video consultations offer a convenient way to access GP care at a time and place that suits you. However, to ensure patient safety, video consultations may not be suitable for all situations.

Do Not Book A Video Consultation:

• Your condition likely requires a physical examination (e.g., pain, lumps, infections).
• You require immediate or urgent medical attention, such as suspected sepsis, a heart attack, or a stroke. In these cases, please go directly to A&E.

If you're unsure whether a video consultation is right for you, please discuss it with our receptionist or email us for guidance.

Book A Video Consultation:

• Your condition can be managed via video.
• You are in the UK at the time of your appointment.
• You are 18 or older (if you're the patient).
• If booking for a child (under 18), you must be the legal guardian or parent, and you must be 18 or older.
• You can provide a photographic ID to confirm your identity, and for any child being seen..

If, during the consultation, we feel a face-to-face visit is necessary, we’ll arrange this at a convenient time for you. A link to your video consultation will be emailed to you prior to your appointment.
