Hello! We’re Dr Yenushka Abeyratna, Dr Fiona Graham, and Dr Alev Onen — part of the White Trees Clinical Care Team.
We’re thrilled to work with White Trees and to make a real difference to your health — now and for the future.

We’re here for all your health needs — from acute illnesses to long-term conditions. Our goal is to provide accessible, high-quality care tailored to you.
We offer face to face, video and telephone consultations. When distance or time is a factor, video appointments are a great way of dealing with issues quickly and conveniently. However, some symptoms such as abdominal pain are best seen in person so we can do an examination. You will find an example of more symptoms on this page. If you are in doubt, please call and discuss with our team.
For short follow-ups or where video isn’t needed, we’re happy to do a telephone consultation.
When booking, let the receptionist know if you like a face to face, video or telephone appointment.
These are arranged directly between our GPs and the wellbeing team/ care home team.
Our comprehensive medical for White Tree adults is a fantastic way to assess your current physical and mental health as well as identifying potential future risks.
We’ll also assess your lifestyle and suggest small changes, if needed, to improve your wellbeing.
Location: Phoenix Hospital, Great Baddow, CM2 8HN
Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
Please complete your Adult Lifestyle Medicine Questionnaire a few days before your appointment. You do not need to fast for the medical.
To book an appointment, call our reception team and ask for a “White Trees Adult Medical”.
You will be hearing a lot about Lifestyle Medicine. It is a fascinating, evidence-based medical approach that uses lifestyle changes based on Six Pillars to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic diseases. No medication, no side effects, no surgery. Just small changes that can improve not just how long you live, but how well you live.
We will be running fun, interactive, and practical education sessions on Lifestyle Medicine and the Six Pillars— helping you understand the science and apply small changes that create lasting impact.
